Bought Xbox 360 from Argos, bought wrong one, they won't take it back,finger prints on it. is this l?

if you have a receipt they have to take it back theres nothing wrong with it there just being completely stupid. and if there being this stupid wipe it down so theres no finger prints on it then take it back they cant say they wont take it back because there finger prints on it
