Boyfriend isn't speaking to me?

We got into and argument monday morning. It was my fault. I've been calling and texting him. No answers. Its now weds and the last time I attempted to call was this morning. I don't want the relationship 2 end but I dnt know if I should keep attempting to reach out to him since im getting no response but if I stop will he think I don't care about the relationship? So give him space.. Or keep with the texts and calls? We're 23 and have been together a year and 7 months
