How can I contact the boss of Argos to complain?

bought a cooker from an argos store early december 2010. Their computer didnt recognise our address for home deliver so had to pay 9 GBP to collect it from THEIR store in my car !!! On having it fitted one burner and grill didnt work !!! Contacted store, promises repair. One week later store gave number of repair centre. Rang every day.. Excuse ' Cant find repair man in your area' !!! On sunday 9/01/2011 phone call. Coming on 13/01/2011 man arrives. found out that parts not fitted properly but gas still flowing from cooker. Repairs cooker. Tonight want to use grill and discover that the grill pan is to small and wont fit onto side racks of grill !!!!!! This was over 250GBP well spent.. I DONT THINK !!!! WOULD LOVE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THE BIG CHIEF ..... any ideas how ????
