Question about this Bench Press I bought.?

My dad ordered this Bench Press at Argos. I was wondering if any of you guys have this Bench press? I have few question about it. First of all, can you add more weights on? How can I train my biceps with that Bench Press? Is this worth the buy? Thanks.
