Could i be Pregnant ?

I got my periods on Dec25th last month, assuming i would get my periods 25th jan, had an unprotected sex on 24th, My husband did leave the sperm inside my vagina unfortunately. I did take an I-pill after 60hours. Could i be pregnant now if yes, is there anyway i can avoid as this the early stage? i'm waiting for my periods. Has this is just my 4th month of wedding i dont wanna be pregnant !! Plz help....
