My parents want to do my brother wedding in dubai how to organise it?

My parents are thinking of getting my brother married in dubai. I have to organise the wedding we are middle class family so it cant be too expensive. The girls family is from pakistan so they can come to dubai and we are in uk we can all meet in Dubai. I just wanted to know has anyone done wedding in dubai before? I dont know anyone there, We will have about 40 people all together including children! so i would need to know about villa, hotel, food etc and how much will it cost? please help me or give me ideas!!
