36w and 3d haven't been feeling good since sunday.?

So today is wed. I haven't been feeling well since sunday. I keep having hot flashes, I'm finding it hard to breath sometimes and the baby has already dropped.I have really hard contractions that last for about 3-5 mins...but they are random. My stomache isn't queasy it just doesn't feel right. Also I have little tiny blisters on one side of my lip that when they disappear make my lips SUPER chapped. This is the second time i've gotten these blisters. I had them in november too. I'm not worried about them being an std bc ik both me and my bf are clean, plusll my tests came back -. Has anyone else had any of these issues?
