After serving permit time......And in transition to Juniors.?

Hello, I am 16 and by the end of febuary I will have servered out all the time need to complete the permit both mandantory time and the amount of hours actually driving, and I am moving in with my family around the same time, he has a serious heart problem that he is going on disability I am moving in with him so I will be able to help him and spend time with him incase these are the last few years he is with us, but meanwhile, he is on a heart transplant waiting list DISABLED and unable to drive so, that means he will need me to drive, although I will have the time completed for my permit to get the juniors there will still normally be a 1-2 month wait to actually get in and take the test to get the juniors. Which we cannot do because, he will have doctors appointments and of course we will need to go to the store any everything, so considering all of this would they make me wait the 1-2 months to actually take the test and get the juniors ? Or would they figure something out that I can get in there and take it so, that we are able to have transportation. ( I posted a question like this a little while ago but, apparently I was not clear enough on the situaution. )
