I think my car dealership is doing me and my family wrong Need lawyers advice!?

We bought a used car form a large dealer ship in Tulsa Ok, went down and singed papers on december 28, 2010, got the financing through my husband only. Dealer ship called on Jan 3, 2011 saying that the bank needs me to be on the loan as well because of Debt to income ratio sd that was ok and we went down on Wed January the 6 they asked us to date the contract the 28th of december, The finance guy we talked to said we should have the Title by the fallowing Monday if not he would over night us a New temp tag. well Monday rolls a round not tag so we give them a few day and nothing called them and left them a message to return my call never did call the on Monday jan 24 and asked where the title is because temp tag is just a few days form EXP said that they needed toReferencess and could send it to us asked whey they had not call and asked me that 2 weeks ago never got an answer. I gave them the information said they would over night the title first thing tuesday morning never nevereceiveded the title still call the Bank where we arfinancingng the car yesterday and they said they have noreceiveded the paper work for the loan yet so as far as them there is not loan and financing on the car. Called the back back today they said the financing was sent to them today. called the dealership back and asked where the title is and why the financing is just being sent today they did not want to talk about it and side that they have 30 days to get us the title and aske them for a new 7 day temp tabecauseue I work out of town and cant get to the tag officuntilll the first of the week they said no, asked why we were promised one two week ago and have not gotten a new temp tag or the title. Told them i could have al ready gotten my tag 2 weeks ago when they said it would get to mbecauseue i would have had days off now they are telling that we just have to deal with it. our contract stated that we can return the car with in 15 day of financing since the car was just financed with the bank today can we return the car to them? or do they need to get us the new temp tbecauseaue the tag is due in 2 days and we have not title?
