Too many different answers.. would this workout work?

Okay so I'm doing a 4 day a week. On Monday and thursday:chest,abs,triceps,lower body. And Tuesday and friday: bicep,shoulder, back, and forearms. I've heard this workout was fine. But can I move lower body to wed and sat? Its 6 days a week so idk if its good or not. Thanks
