What careers are good for me?

I am into the Arts field but I don't want to be a teacher. Everything I read about the arts field has something to do with teachers. I don't want that. Im 18 years old and I'm trying to find out what my career should be. I am into Photography, sculpture, painting, sketching, etc. On the other hand, I am into baking, obsteticianists, wedding planner, cosmetology, and I write novels and music. I guess you can say Im more on the creative side. What should I do and how do I know I picked the right career choice? HELP!!!!
